Update: 6.4 Earthquake Topples Buildings in Taiwan
The 6.3M earthquake reported, in Taiwan, by European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) earlier today, Feb. 5, 2016, has been also reported as 6.4M by the U.S. Geological Survey.
