Michelle Obama Gives Touching Speech at DNC

Obama

Michelle Obama gave a touching speech during the Democratic National Convention on the  25th of July 2016, stating that she stands behind Hillary Clinton because she is qualified to make America better.

The first lady still has an affect on America, gave her thoughts on who the next president should be, and Obama thinks Clinton is the woman for the job.

In her touching speech, she says, “When [Clinton] didn’t win the election eight years ago. . . She did not pack up and go home.” Obama shared this information to show Americans that Clinton stayed and continues to make a difference. She is devoted to all of the nation’s children, does not easily give up, and she has patience, which is needed according to Obama. After losing the election, Secretary of State was the position Clinton took in 2008.

Obama continued this touching speech, saying that whoever is next in the office, should motivate the children of America and know that the situation is bigger than the color of ones’ skin. The country has become so cruel, and with that being said, people think less of the country. However, this does not mean that the country has to stay negative, America just needs the right leader to make it better than great.
