Johnny Depp and his fiancée, Amber Heard, have been reported to have a rollercoaster engagement and relationship issues from various sources. Since their engagement almost a year ago, it has been rumored the two celebrities were headed for an inevitable split.
However, these rumors, like many about the rambunctious couple, were contradicted many times over. Another source said, “[they] are really happy together.” Another, just a month ago, reported: “[Depp and Heard] hit a block in their relationship.” It seems as if the only credible reports on the status of the couple comes from–apart from them themselves–a source saying, “[they] have extreme personalities and are both very intense people,” and “arguments are bound to arise.”
Yet, the couple continues to publicly announce their plans, the latest being their assured attendance at Depp’s mother’s 80th birthday. The actor has been known in the past to be a big part of the celebration. However, this year, it was made very noticeable that he and his young fiancée disappeared several times throughout the evening.
With all the scrutiny of everyone discussing Johnny Depp and his fiancée, Amber Heard, having a rollercoaster engagement and relationship issues, the two of them are keeping a low profile. However, Depp has given some information as he told Today back in April 2014: “[Heard is a] Southern belle and sweet as can be, and very good for me.”
Not only are they good for each other, the two are gorgeous together as they were photographed entering the restaurant–co-owned by Robert De Niro–that was reserved for the occasion of Depp’s mother’s birthday party. Depp avoided a clear photo as the front seat hid most of his face. However, Heard’s rose-colored eye shadow and Depp’s blue shades are a sight for sore eyes. Both actors looked very sexy and alluring, but perhaps too much, though.
A source for Daily Mail reported: “[Heard] flirts and has many different kinds of relationships” and “[Heard] is not really ready to settle down.” However, the same could be said for the Pirates of the Caribbean actor as well, as he has been reported to be struggling with his sobriety. Depp has also publicly committed to remaining sober in hopes of bringing more light into the engagement. A source said, “[Heard] broke his sobriety, but she isn’t necessarily a bad influence. She isn’t a party girl anymore,” the source went on to explain.

There appears to be ups and downs involved in the couple’s relationship. However, the same can be said for most relationships, especially in Hollywood. Since their engagement almost a year ago, it has been rumored the two celebrities were headed for an inevitable split. With rumors circling and anonymous sources putting in their two cents, it will be a guessing game right up until the lovely couple say the words “I do.”
